Waiting List:

We maintain a waiting list when our test is full. You must send a completed test entry form ( including your dogs NAVHDA ID number) to the Test Secretary to be added to the list. Contact Bobby Tyler at bobby@bobbytyler.com or call/text 239-850-2629 for additional information.

Refund Policy:

Entries withdrawn 30 days before the test date will receive a refund if the testing spot can be filled. There is a $25 admin fee if any refund is issued. No refunds will be made for entries withdrawn within 29 days of the test.

If your dog is unable to complete the test because of a medical condition or death, a written note from your veterinarian must be provided for a refund. Once your form is received and your spot is held, please contact our Test Secretary if you CANNOT attend and they will discuss this refund policy further.
All refunds are subject to board approval if there are additional circumstances.
